Attario Perfumes & Attars is an India-based fragrance brand offering a curated range of perfumes, attars, and fragrance products. We operate and deliver exclusively within India.

All orders are processed and fulfilled through our official website. We do not authorize third-party resellers unless explicitly mentioned on our platform.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, and pricing on our website. However:

  • Actual product appearance (color, packaging) may slightly vary due to photography and screen settings.
  • Fragrance perception is subjective and may differ from person to person based on individual skin chemistry.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

Products & Descriptions

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We accept payments via major payment gateways including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Attario Perfumes & Attars reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Attario is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products damaged during use, or opened/used products, are not eligible for return.
  • In case of a damaged or defective product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Shipping charges for return pickup may apply depending on the reason for return.

Items purchased during sale or promotional offers may have a different return policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the sale.

Product Usage & Disclaimer

Our perfumes and attars are formulated for external use only. Please read all product labels carefully before use. We strongly recommend:

  • Performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.
  • Avoiding contact with eyes, open wounds, or sensitive areas.
  • Keeping products out of reach of children.
  • Storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
